The TLC personality, however, has turned a corner recently with her hair. It is growing healthier than ever before. And, she decided to chop most of it off and go with a short and sexy pixie cut to get rid of any pesky lingering dead ends. She also appears to have freshened up the color with a vibrant shade of orange.

As TV Shows Ace recently reported, Tammy Slaton reached a turning point with her hair. Initially dropping weight and extreme changes to her diet were brutal on her hair. Now, however, her hair is healthier than ever. And, she’s glowing with joy over it.

“So the surgery has actually done wonderful for my hair and for my body and for my health. And for my everything! I’m proud of myself, I’m proud of my hair….it’s a work in progress.”

Despite her hair growing healthy and strong, she knew she still had some dead ends she needed to deal with. So, she decided to chop her hair nice and short. 1000-Lb. Sisters fans who follow her on TikTok got to see her short and sexy new pixie cut via her recent videos.
