Janelle Brown Calls Out Christine Over Her BS Narrative?
Did Sister Wives star, Janelle Brown call her former sister wife, Christine Brown, out over her BS narrative? The two have been getting along extremely well over the last several years. More so, they have found a common ground. Yet, what happened to make Janelle feel Christine was not being completely honest? Read on for more details.
Janelle Brown Calls Out Christine Over Her BS Narrative?
Once Christine Brown left her plural marriage, she felt so incredibly free, she wanted everyone to feel this amazing. Eventually, she started to see that her sister wife, Janelle Brown, was struggling in her marriage with Kody Brown. It was much of the ways that she struggled with him and wanted to let her know it was okay to leave. She would be fine and have a support system. However, things were slightly different financially for the two ladies. Janelle owned nothing whatsoever and was waiting to build on Coyote Pass. Christine owned a home in Flagstaff when she left Kody and just turned over her lot in CP.
Therefore, she could take her money from the sale of the home and start fresh in Utah. To Christine, this should not be a hindrance but Janelle added one more thing. She was not directly told that their husband was not attracted to her like Christine was. Janelle noted that if this were the case, she would have bolted. However, despite the two ladies becoming immensely close, there is one thing that they are divided on. According to People, it all came to a head in Sister Wives: Talk Back Part 2.
Christine said this:
“From the day that I asked him to not stay there anymore, I took my life back and I got it back and I became stronger that day…I’m not saying that Janelle has to follow the same path and she has [a] way different situation than mine, but she needs to know it is OK on the other side.”
Unfortunately, Janelle Brown did not see it the same way:
“This narrative that Christine talks about all the time frustrates me. I’m fine. I am separated from Kody. Kody and I are no longer going to be together, and she acts like I’m sitting here needing encouragement to leave, I need to be shown that it’s OK — and that’s just bulls— because I have left. I have three children that still live in Flagstaff. So why would I not stay here? I like Flagstaff. I have three kids here.”
Not Seeing Eye To Eye
To be fair, Christine Brown was so thrilled with her newfound sense of freedom that she wanted everyone struggling to feel the same. More so, she is very protective of Janelle Brown and her well-being so it seems she just wanted her to know she could be free, as well. Viewers saw Janelle going back and forth between being separated from Kody and then questioning if she could come back. For Christine, there was no going back.
