Mama June fans brace themselves for a rough season ahead
Now that weTV confirmed the return of Mama June Family Crisis, fans are looking forward to new content. However, many already know that this will be a rough year after everything that happened.
Mama June’s sister Aunt Doe Doe uploaded the season trailer to Instagram, confirming the family will be back on television before fans know it.
The trailer for the new season highlights the various highs and lows the family experienced over the past year. This season, fans will get to see Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson graduate from high school and make plans for college. However, it will also document Anna Cardwell’s final months after her stage four adrenal carcinoma diagnosis.

The trailer didn’t offer a specific date for the premiere. Instead, it revealed new episodes would come to weTV in February 2024.
Fans already know that Anna Cardwell passed away on December 9, 2023, after battling the illness all year. In the comments section, several Instagram users wrote that this season might be too much to handle.
