Mama June Leaving Georgia Amid Anna’s Death?
When Mama June married Justin Stroud, she ended up back in Alabama, where he is from. This was due to some legal issues he had going on. It seemed that she moved there without her children knowing until they saw the postage on the child support envelope. Then, when her eldest daughter, Anna Cardwell was diagnosed with stage 4 adrenal carcinoma, June made some big changes. She returned to Georgia to help with Anna’s care and make sure she got to where she needed to be. Plus, Anna has two young daughters, as well so all of the help was welcomed despite the strength she conveyed.
After a brutal ten-month fight, Anna Cardwell passed away and now, June is left in charge of one of her grandchildren, Kaitlyn. That being said, it will be hard for Kaitlyn and her sister, Kylee, to be apart, especially at this devastating time. However, according to a Reddit thread, June and Justin were apparently on TikTok, chatting about moving out of state.
They then asked if anyone caught where the couple was planning on moving to. So, what did fellow Redditors have to say about a possible move, and did anyone know what states they may be looking at?
- I was on June’s live and all I heard her say was they wanted to move out of Georgia, but they’re going to stay until at least May (I assume so Kaitlyn can finish out the school year?). They didn’t say where though, but they mentioned maybe Florida or Colorado.
- She said south Florida. Justin mentioned Tennessee. Who knows. She said they’re moving after this school year is over for Kaitlyn.
Fans Up In Arms
Clearly, fans were not happy that Mama June and Justin Stroud were thinking of moving so soon after Anna Cardwell passed away. It was not even that as much as it was displacing Kaitlyn. They felt she should be close to her sister after they just lost their mother. More so, some wanted to know what they were running away from and why they felt the need to leave. Right now, June has come under fire for exploiting Kaitlyn just a week after her mother’s death. Hopefully, she will do what is best for Kaitlyn and not make any impulsive decisions.
