Kaity Biggar, Zach Shallcross Have Date Night
Over a million viewers watched Zach Shallcross propose to Kaity Biggar on the Bachelor Season 27 finale in March 2023. While that doesn’t compare to the numbers the recent Golden Bachelor season pulled in, it was good news for the franchise.
Nine months later, the couple are returning to ‘normal’ after reality TV and making plans for their future.
As with any Bachelor couple, there has been online speculation about Shallcross and Biggar’s relationship, especially when she doesn’t wear her ring.
Over the summer, Zach Shallcross attended the Bachelorette finale alone, sparking more rumors.
However, when he attended the Golden Bachelor finale, Biggar was at his side.
Biggar shared a carousel of images from the taping. In the first photo, she stands alongside Shallcross outside the studio where the live finale was filmed.
“A golden weekend,” she captioned the content.

Shallcross and Biggar may not plan to walk down the aisle soon, but they are making big moves forward in their relationship. Earlier this year, they moved into an apartment together in Austin, Texas.
During a recent appearance on the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast, they shared plans to eventually buy a home. But it turns out they may already have a home available to them.
According to bachelornation.com, Kathy Swarts offered her Texas home to the couple. Swarts was a contestant on The Golden Bachelor and had a run-in with Biggar on a flight.
“We got seated beside each other because the flight attendant knew who we were and gave us wine,” Biggar told podcast hosts Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt.
Apparently, Swarts and Biggar bonded over their airplane wine. Before long, Swarts was confiding plans to move to Canada to be closer to family living there.
According to Biggar, the Golden Bachelor contestant offered her home to the Bachelor couple. Of her newfound friend, Kaity Biggar said, “[Kathy Swarts] was like, ‘You can drive my Mercedes, and you just have to take care of my cats.’ Now we’re texting, and she’s the coolest.”
Is it something Zach Shallcross and his fiance are really considering? Kaity Biggar confided that they are considering it. “Honestly, we could be moving into Kathy’s house.”
