Sadly, Anna ‘Chickadee’ Cardwell died with one tragic unfulfilled wish. As fans know, it was just yesterday that Mama June Shannon confirmed her daughter passed away at the age of 29 after courageously fighting off her cancer for 10 months.

Anna ‘Chickadee’ Cardwell Died With One Tragic Unfulfilled Wish
Two years ago, Anna ‘Chickadee’ Cardwell sat down with The Sun for an exclusive interview. During the interview, she revealed she was desperate to have another baby. Her body yearned for baby number three.
She confirmed that she was trying with her long-term boyfriend Eldridge Toney to bring baby number three into the world. It, however, had been a long and bumpy road for them both.
We are trying to have a third child, and it’s been difficult. I’ve gone through four miscarriages and a D&C.
At the time of the interview, she shared that she suffered four different miscarriages. Sadly, her most recent miscarriage at the time occurred days before Christmas. The miscarriage also required her to have a D&C.
She recalled: “It felt like I was giving birth, it was the worst pain of my life. It’s a really painful process, so I’m like you know let’s give it one more try.”
At the time, Anna ‘Chickadee’ Cardwell learned her body wasn’t producing enough progesterone to allow her baby to get the nutrition it needed to survive. Mama June’s daughter learned of this issue before being diagnosed with cancer. Despite the discovery, she still wanted to have her rainbow baby.
“We know what’s going on now, and we are taking the right precautions to take care of it and make sure it stays alive and everything like that.”
She Never Got Her Baby
Now, fans assume Anna and her boyfriend spent 2022 trying to have a baby. Sadly, they were never successful. Then, Anna ‘Chickadee’ Cardwell received her stage four cancer diagnosis in January of this year. Mama June’s daughter spent the last ten months fighting before passing away on December 9th while surrounded by her family.
Fans of Mama June and her family are heartbroken to learn Anna spent the last few years of her life tragically fighting to get a baby she never had. Fans, however, hope Anna could find peace in knowing that not having that baby meant she didn’t leave such a young child without their mother.
