‘Golden Bachelor’ Has Fame Gone To Gerry Turner’s Head?
Gerry Turner seemed to be a humble if wealthy man when Golden Bachelor fans first saw him on ABC. However, it seems that fame might have turned his head. Gerry Turner Seems Like A Changeable Person
Faith Martin claimed that the lead seemed so sweet and kind, and she genuinely thought he was a nice guy. However, he seemed very different when he told her he was sending her home. Sadly, She used the words, “stone-cold stranger.” Bear in mind, that everyone saw him crying and apparently broken up about sending her home.
Gerry Turner did much the same thing to Leslie Fhima if you recall. In the Fantasy Suite, he was all over her. Kissing her and getting affectionate, he told her that she was “the one” for him. So, he stood there berated by Leslie after her rejection, who cried about the shame of it. Certainly, it seems as if there are layers to the Golden Bachelor lead that were not initially evident to viewers of the show.

Golden Bachelor Star Gets A Big Head Because Of Fame?
The reality TV star and his chosen woman, Theresa Nist both have good net worths. So, he can afford a luxury lifestyle to a point. The former restaurateur owned Mr. Quick and sold it in the 1980s. He lives in a nice home by a lake in Indiana and loves to play golf and play on boys’ toys. So, it’s not like he never knew some luxuries in his life. Therefore, if he’s changed, it seems that it’s because of the fame from reality TV.
Two days ago, Radar Online cited an article by the National Inquirer about Gerry Turner. Allegedly, his friends feel disappointed because he’s not the same person he used to be. One source claimed that the reality TV show went to his head.
The more famous Gerry’s gotten, the more stuck-up and bigheaded he’s become. [He’s] strutting around like he’s a gift to all women and wants to be driven in limos and eat the finest restaurants. He wants to shop at designer stores and wear Rolex watches. People never realized this guy from Indiana could be such a fame hog! He’s not the same humble guy his friends remember — and they think it’s a shame.
