From the time fans met Khloe Kardashian, they saw how doting she was when it came to her younger siblings. She absolutely adored Kendall and Kylie Jenner plus she was an amazing auntie to all of her nieces and nephews. Then, having body issues herself, she started her own Revenge Body show to help people regain their own self-confidence. She had been through so much as she was the taller sister and had to work harder to stay in shape. So, she learned the value of maintaining, though some may say she does try too hard. Therefore, it would be hard to believe she would bully anyone, especially a minor.
According to a Reddit thread, the thirty-nine-year-old had once mocked actress Chloe Grace Moretz when she was apparently a minor. The OP wrote this:

It was a side-by-side photo of a fresh-faced Moretz walking with sunnies and a red triangle bikini top on one half. Then, on the other side, she is being carried in the ocean on someone’s back, donning a thong bikini bottom. Over her bum, it reads “CENSORED BY Us,” meaning Us Weekly. Khloe retweeted it and wrote:
