‘1000-Lb Sisters’ Tammy Slaton Takes Caleb’s Ashes With Her Daily
In a new TikTok video, Tammy Slaton of TLC’s 1000-Lb. Sisters shares how she’s able to take her late husband Caleb Willingham with her everywhere she goes.
As TV Shows Ace previously reported, Tammy already told her followers in a separate TikTok that she wears his wedding ring. Turns out, however, that isn’t the only piece of Caleb she carries with her daily. In this new video, she explains that she also keeps some of his ashes close to her.

Tammy Slaton Takes Caleb’s Ashes With Her Daily
While putting a musical note necklace on display in a new video, Tammy revealed the necklace housed her husband’s ashes. The TLC personality proceeded to explain she shared a love for music with her husband. So, a musical note containing his ashes seemed like the perfect choice.
Tammy Slaton also flashed a ring before explaining it was Caleb’s fingerprint made using his ashes. Inside of the ring, it also said Caleb’s name. She added: “And it’s textured, it’s really cool. I can feel his fingerprint.”

Both the necklace and the ring have become accessories she wears daily. Tammy Slaton adds that she finds herself feeling “uneasy” whenever she doesn’t have them on.
“For those of you that have a necklace or a ring made out of ashes and you wear it, do you get separation anxiety, like, you panic and freak out a little bit because they’re not on? Because I was doing that for a long time.”
Tammy added she could be without the jewelry for a little while. She, however, is afraid to go without the precious pieces on her person for very long as it makes her extremely uncomfortable to be without them.
Fans Share Some Confusion
As fans know, Tammy Slaton and Caleb Willingham were headed for divorce when he passed away. Furthermore, there were always rumors the couple was never legally married on paper. So, some fans admit they scratch their heads trying to understand why she’s so sentimental about his passing.

Tammy Slaton, however, has told fans via TikTok she was legally married to him on paperwork. Moreover, sources close to Tammy have stated wanting a divorce didn’t come from an issue of love. Tammy was losing weight and moving on with her life. Sadly, Caleb was not making any progress. So, they were simply at a place where being married didn’t make sense anymore.
