Kailyn Lowry Plans Touching Tradition For Her Only Daughter

Now that she has a daughter, Kailyn Lowry wants to change things up when it comes to Christmas and gift-giving.

As fans know, Christmas has never been a big deal in her household. The MTV personality has previously explained that fighting her baby daddies to have her boys on Christmas never felt right. So, she just gave up making a big deal out of Christmas so they could have that special day with their fathers.

While the Teen Mom star claimed forgoing Christmas came from a good place, many fans suspected it was just to get out of the expense of having so many children.

Now, Kailyn Lowry is in a relationship with a man who she shares Rio and her twins with. The Teen Mom star hasn’t confirmed if she’s given birth to her twins just yet. There, however, have been multiple rumors swirling that she has. Plus, she now has the daughter she has always wanted. Fans suspect the combination of these things has caused her to have a different opinion on Christmas.

Christmas Stockings: A Bust?

As TV Shows Ace previously reported, Kailyn Lowry still doesn’t want to do Christmas presents for her children. She claims they get enough stuff throughout the year. And, they just really don’t need them. She, however, did decide to do stockings this year. So, she leaned on her fans for ideas on what to fill the stockings with.

Christmas has not arrived yet, but Kailyn Lowry already hates Christmas stockings. In fact, she kicked off the week saying that she would not be doing the stockings again on her Instagram Stories.

Instead, she was hoping to do a new Christmas tradition. Fortunately, she also shared the details of her idea in her Instagram Stories update.

Kailyn Lowry explained that while she was in Qatar she purchased a necklace for herself with a “K” on it. She had just had Rio at the time. So, she also purchased a necklace with an “R” for him. Kailyn Lowry, however, did not give him the necklace yet as he wasn’t old enough to have it just yet.

Kailyn Lowry added the problem with the necklace is that she could not add anything to it. The MTV star decided that with her daughter she could get her a charm bracelet. Then, every ear, she could add a charm to it. Finally, when she was a pre-teen or entering her teen years, Kailyn could give her the bracelet and continue to buy a charm to add to it each year.

Sadly, Kailyn Lowry realized this beautiful and touching idea only really worked for her daughter. So, she once again leaned on her fans. She asked them for advice on a similar type of add-on gift she could give to her sons.

While fans thought it was a beautiful idea, they hate the fact that it feels like she is only making a big deal out of Christmas now that she has a daughter.
