According to the synopsis, Mona Sinclair is a New York social media ambassador. Her work keeps her so busy that she rarely has time to date. Although she tries to get a date to bring home for Christmas, she is out of luck.
It is less than two weeks before Christmas. It is time to head home. Therefore, she heads up to the Sinclair family farm in Upstate New York. Mona needs to help her folks with the annual Christmas Carnival. Mona’s great-grandfather founded this event, and her family is proud to continue this Christmas tradition.

While back in her hometown, she runs into Fletcher, her old boyfriend. Now, he is a firefighter, but he isn’t dousing out the sparks between them. But, he is not the only guy vying for her attention. There is a reporter called Dez who has caught her eye. He is writing a piece on the carnival, as well as Mona’s family.
Unexpectedly, Mona is having double the fun during this holiday season. With Fletcher, she does all of those things that are traditional in her family Christmas. Meanwhile, Mona is also enjoying her time with Dez, who needs information for his story.
