Disappointing OPNation news dropped yesterday as the Wilkes-Barre City Police Department announced its exit from On Patrol: Live. Located in Wilkes–Barre Township, PA, the police department took to Facebook yesterday to issue an official statement about their exit from the series. Less than ten minutes later, the official Facebook for Reelz shared a screenshot of the sad news as they wished the police department well on their exit from the show.

Wilkes-Barre City Police Department Exits On Patrol: Live
In their official statement, the Wilkes-Barre City Police Department noted that they enjoyed their time with OPNation. They, however, would be taking a break from the show. Turns out, the police department hoped it would be a temporary break as they looked forward to returning to On Patrol: Live at a later time.
The Wilkes-Barre City Police Department added that everyone in the department has enjoyed working with On Patrol: Live. Moreover, they appreciate the overwhelming amount of support and love during their time with OPNation.

There was nothing but love in the comments of these two Facebook posts. Many On Patrol: Live fans admit they hope Wilkes-Barre City returns to OPNation soon.
