The cousin duo has yet to share photos with each other. However, Nico revealed in February that they’re still committed to their goals. He presently works as a line cook at Silver Sands Beach and Tennis Club. The My 600-lb Life alum is also engaged to a woman named Rose Degen. Meanwhile, Geno appears to be pursuing a career in the food industry. His FB page states that he studied Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University. He’s also still going strong with Jessica Michelle.
