Jasmine previously took to social media to share a shocking story about how Gino has treated her over the years. According to the 90 Day Fiance star, she never got a dime from her husband, making her think that she’s a victim of human trafficking. Jasmine then claimed that she came to the U.S. and worked for him. But Gino was using her money to send financial support to her family in Panama. She added that she has proof of her allegations. However, Gino responded to her claims, saying that they split their income. He also threatened that he’d reveal all Jasmine’s nasty lies once his NDA expires.
Gino Financially Responsible For Jasmine’s Newborn?
A reality TV fan page, @90dayfianceupdate, recently discussed why Gino Palazzolo is still financially responsible for Jasmine’s newborn daughter. According to the page, under the K-1 visa law in Michigan, Gino is still responsible for the child until he divorces Jasmine. If he does, then Gino can file for fraud and get her deported under Michigan law. This would put Jasmine in serious trouble. Many 90 Day Fiance fans also chimed in and hoped Gino would take proper action.
