‘Gold Rush’ Alum Brennan Ruault’s New Gold Mining Venture
There have been a lot of Gold Rush fans asking about Brennan Ruault of late. He has been a fan-favorite since he joined the Discovery series in Season 6.
Well, those fans are in luck. Earlier this week, Brennan posted an update that may interest gold mining fans. What did he have to say?
Brennan Ruault Has A New Gold Mining Profit Center
On Tuesday, Gold Rush alum Brennan Ruault went to Instagram to announce his latest venture. He is working with Mammoth Gold Nuggets in a new partnership. They are selling a signature Pay Dirt Bag.
This Pay Dirt Bag has gold that Brennan mined in the Yukon over the summer. In addition to pay dirt and gold, there could be pyrite, marcasite, garnets, ilmenite, hematite, and magnetite.
Other gold mining stars who have a partnership include Parker Schnabel, Emily Reidel, and even Todd Hoffman. This is a perfect gift for that gold mining enthusiast or dreamer.
Brennan has become quite the Influencer in the past eight years. He has been in partnerships with workwear companies, a knife company, and even supplements.
Why Isn’t Brennan Ruault On Gold Rush Anymore?
Gold Rush fans first met Brennan Ruault in Season 6 of the gold mining Discovery series. He was working on Parker Schnabel’s team excavating and driving around the big tucks.
His affable personality and frequent social media posts quickly made him a fan favorite. However, he and Parker had some disagreements when he questioned Schnabel’s leadership roles.
Therefore, he left Parker’s team and went over to work for Rick Ness in Season 12. While that decision seemed like a good move at the time, when Season 13 came, it proved to be disastrous. Ness was AWOL, reportedly dealing with Seasonal Affective Disorder, better known as SAD. Instead of mining, Team Rally was left scrambling for other work.
Since then, Ness has returned for Season 14. He is seeking redemption. But, he did not bring back his former team. He told TV Insider that he “gave his trust too easily” to his former team. Now, he is building a team from scratch.
That must have hurt Brennan and the rest of Team Rally. Brennan burned his bridge with Parker and now Rick is not hiring his former crew. This has put Brennan in a pickle. But, maybe this situation turned out pretty good for him. That is because a former team member is still waiting for money owed.
Earlier this week, Chris Kruse revealed that he had not seen nor talked to Rick Ness since he abandoned them with no work in the Yukon Worse yet, he is still waiting for the remainder of his bonus money from his third season mining with Ness.
Gold Rush Season 14 currently airs on Friday nights at 8 p.m., Eastern, on the Discovery Channel.
