The latest episode of Season 18 featured Kody admitting that he forced polygamy rather than asking if it was a good fit. The Sister Wives star also added that he had learned through his experiences that plural marriage is not a good idea to pound into a round hole. He also mentioned not feeling like a polygamist anymore due to his estrangement and split from Meri, Christine, and Janelle. However, in an August interview, the father of 18 said he could’ve done a lot better about how he handled their problems.
Kody’s Conflicting Claims About First Meeting With Christine
Some fans on Reddit are calling out Kody for his contradicting stories about Christine. The Sister Wives star initially claimed that Christine was interested in someone else, and he had to chase her and win her heart. But the poster shared a different scene where Kody Brown claims that he and Christine had an instant spark from the very first time they met.

Kody has already made confusing statements over the past few seasons. During their Covid-19 struggles in Flagstaff, the Sister Wives star claimed that he wrote pandemic rules. However, he contradicted his own words after saying he got the Covid-19 rules from a doctor.
Some fans also criticized Kody Brown for not making a significant effort for his wives despite regretting their feuds. Instead, he blames them for not being loyal and obedient, like his favorite wife, Robyn. Additionally, he revealed in the latest episode that his relationship with his fourth wife will never change and his children need to accept it. But some viewers believe he only made things worse for him and his kids.
