Followers of The Kardashians observed a contour beneath her buttocks in the leggings, leading to speculation that she might be using padding. As reported to The U.S. Sun critics on Reddit posted:

“You can literally see the butt pads. “Are the butt pads in her underwear or sewn into the leggings or do they just slip them in like the plastic nipple covers you put on when you can’t wear a bra? “How does she not feel uncomfortable? How does she go to the bathroom? So many questions….”

Others claimed the indentation was simply caused by the tight shapewear Khloe was wearing underneath the leggings:

“Pretty sure it’s just the booty-lifting shapewear where the cheeks are out.”
