Clayton Echard’s Bombshell Court Docs Revealed
Former Bachelor star Clayton Echard denies fathering twins with one-time fling. Keep reading for bombshell court docs from the case.
What’s The Latest On Bachelor Star’s Paternity Suit?
In September 2023, Clayton Echard’s public image took a hit. News broke that the Season 26 Bachelor was named in a paternity suit. A woman he had a one-night-stand with earlier in the summer alleged he was the father of the twins she was carrying and sued to compel him to take a paternity test.
However, that was just the beginning of the drama. Clayton Echard strongly denied fathering any children with the woman. He then produced ‘receipts’ showing that he did, in fact, submit to a paternity test.
He further alleged that the woman in question was the one refusing to take her side of the test. After a lot of he-said-she-said, the results were in. The paternity test came back to reveal that Clayton Echard is NOT the father of the woman’s babies. However, she claims Echard misunderstood the results, and the results were “inconclusive.”
The lawsuit is ongoing.

The results of the second paternity test haven’t been released yet, but fans wonder if Echard could have a counterclaim if the results confirm he’s not the father.
Through all his legal troubles, the Bachelor alum leaned on fans emotionally and financially to help him fight the allegations in court.

Many Bachelor Nation fans are invested in the ongoing saga and continue to pore over any information regarding the case. One fan took to Reddit to share unearthed bombshell court documents. The document appears to be Clayton Echard’s legal filing in response to the lawsuit.
There are three options to check at the top of the document – E) No Sexual Intercourse, F) Sexual Intercourse, and G) Other. The document has E and G checked off.
Under section E, a handwritten comment says that “oral s*x was performed, but that was all.”
Under section G, a handwritten explanation claims that the woman suing said in an email to Echard that she would only take the test if he dated her exclusively.
Another handwritten portion under the lines for section G says, “I am concerned that she is stalking me.”
