‘Bachelor’ Clayton Echard Wins Big In Paternity Court Case
Bachelor Clayton Echard has been under attack after an unnamed woman alleges he is the father of twins she is pregnant with. Last week Clayton was in court in an attempt to get her to stop harassing him. The judge issued a continuance and the court case resumed this week. After YouTuber and comedian Dave Neal started a GoFundMe to help Clayton get legal representation, he finally had an attorney present at the hearing this week. Clayton came out on top as the judge sided with Clayton during this hearing. What happened? Keep reading to find out more.
Clayton Echard wins big in court
Dave Neal went to YouTube to share that Clayton Echard was a big winner in the Arizona court system this week. The unnamed woman has been ordered to stop communicating with him in any way. The official term used is Injunction Against Harassment.
What does this mean? This means that the woman who alleges that Clayton is the father of her babies cannot contact Clayton. She had been sending him emails and allegedly even had various accounts to do so.
With this court order in place, she could get arrested if she violates the injunction.
Clayton himself has not said anything about his huge victory just yet. However, he did go to Instagram to share a post and noted that his day had been very good.
What led to this?
Going backward to explain what led to Clayton asking the courts to make her stop harassing him occurred as follows. She had filed court documents to get Clayton to agree to a paternity test and also offer support to the unborn children should the tests return positive. However, things have taken an unusual turn and the DNA test showed little to no fetal DNA. The results of the second test have not been made public if they have been completed.
Fans have speculated on Reddit that the woman who wished to remain anonymous is not even really pregnant. In fact, fans allege she moved a fake bump during one of the court hearings. She asked the courts to seal the hearings and her request was denied. Of course, as of right now if she is or is not pregnant is all just speculation and cannot be proven just yet.
Even if she were pregnant, Clayton maintains they were never intimate in that fashion that would lead to a pregnancy.
The battle continues and so far she has not given up. However, this court decision to force her to stop communication with Clayton is huge. Clayton remains truthful and has shared his court journey with fans on social media.
