‘RHOBH’ Did Kyle Richards Have A Prenup In Marriage?
Did RHOBH star Kyle Richards have a prenup when it came to her second marriage? The mother of four was an actress prior to marrying Mauricio Umansky. Therefore, did she think she had any assets to protect or was he secure in himself to decline one? Read on for more details on the situation.

When Kyle Richards wed Mauricio Umansky in 1996, it was not her first trip down the aisle. She had already been married once with a daughter, Farrah. Yet, she seemed to really think it would last with Mauricio and they have openly talked about humble beginnings. Eventually, he got his real estate license and went to work with Kyle’s brother-in-law, Rick Hilton. As time went on, Umansky left Hilton and opened the highly successful The Agency, which is now known worldwide. At the same time, Kyle was starring on the RHOBH which was one of the best-rated shows on Bravo.
Together, they created a very happy family, adding three more girls to the mix once they tied the knot and things looked great. Then, in July 2023, it came out that they were separating after a slew of cheating rumors on Kyle’s behalf. They maintained it was untrue though they did admit to heavily struggling. Fast forward to now and Kyle openly slipped and said she was going through a divorce during BravoCon. Therefore, the big question is if they have a prenup or not.
According to TMZ, Mauricio Umansky and Kyle Richards do not have a prenup which could be why they are not eager to divorce. Kyle told Andy Cohen that they still live under the same roof just in separate bedrooms. Insiders have shared that neither party has sought out a divorce attorney at the present time so that is a good sign. The outlet estimated that Mauricio has made 5B in real estate sales giving him a net worth of 100M which is a far cry from what he had when they met.
Going Forward
Kyle Richards has amassed her own fortune from RHOBH, appearances, clothing lines, and acting. However, they will have to determine who gets what if they do ultimately decide to legally part ways. Currently, Mauricio has been seen out with his former DWTS partner, Emma Slater. Kyle still has not come clean about her status with Morgan Wade yet they are very close. Only time will tell what will happen but they most likely never expected it to come to this.
