Julianne Hough, the TV star of Dancing With The Stars, has been facing criticism from both the media and viewers due to her past mistakes.
What Has Gone On With Julianne?
Julianne has been receiving backlash throughout the season. In a previous episode, she spoke to dancers Harry Jowsey and Rylee Arnold about their rumored romance outside the ballroom. During an interview in mid-October, she even referred to them as “lovebirds”. Fans noticed that Julianne Hough and her co-host Alfonso Ribeiro seemed to be mispronouncing Xochitl Gomez’s name. In addition to that blunder, many critics have criticized the TV host for the questions she asked contestants between dances. A critic expressed their opinions using X, formerly known as Twitter:
“Derek and Julianne gotta go. If you ain’t dancing, you ain’t doing it. Julianne is cringy as hell on the mic, and Derek is delusional and weird on this Harry and Rylee showmance train. I’ve seen enough.”
Former professional dancer Maks Chmerkovskiy, 43, defended TV personality Jules and told The U.S. Sun:
“He thinks she is doing a great job. We are all quick to criticize.”

Fans Beg For Tony Dovolani’s Return
Fans of DWTS have been begging for Tony Dovolani alum to return to the show after what seemed to spark commotion when Julianne posted a TikTok with Tony Dovolani, 50. In the 30-second video. Julianne and Tony can be seen attempting to dance while laughing together. Both are known for dancing together in a dance competition in 2009. Many comments on Julianne Hough’s TikTok post begged for Tony’s return. Fans said:
“We need Tony back on DWTS! He was great! I miss you and Derek Hough! BUou were both pros dancing on the show! Love this dance! Miss Tony! Bring him back! Tony needs to come back! He’s my fav!”

Tony maintained a balance between fitness, dance, and family while capturing the hearts of millions every season on Dancing With The Stars. For Season 32, Derek Hough joined Carrie Ann Inaba, 55, and Bruno Tonioli, 67, on the judge’s panel, following the death of Len Goodman earlier this year. Julianne Hough replaced Tyra Banks as host of the program following Tom Bergeron’s exit.
