- Was she arrested?
An alarmed fan took to Reddit to call attention to Michelle Duggar trending on Twitter. Naturally, they did a bit of deep diving to determine what caused the trend.
So, is Michelle Duggar safe? If so, why is she trending on social media this weekend?
Why Is Michelle Duggar Trending On Twitter?
Turns out, Michelle Duggar trending on Twitter isn’t because anything happened to her. In fact, her name trending on the platform has very little to do with her at all. She is currently trending because there are several tweets making rounds about someone else who sounds just like Michelle.
More specifically, the Internet realized that the 56th speaker of the United States House of Representatives, Mike Johnson’s wife sounds exactly like Michelle Duggar.
Both Mike Johnson’s wife and Michelle Duggar use the same high-pitched “baby voice” that most fans admit drives them right up the walls.

Duggar Fans React To This Trend
In response to this trend, Duggar fans question if Mike Johnson’s wife fakes her high-pitched baby voice the same way Michelle does. Or, does she have the misfortune of her natural voice sounding like Michelle’s “fake voice.”
One fan penned: “One of my favorite lines from Shiny Happy People was the comment about Michelle ‘s fake baby voice since she used to be a cheerleader she definitely knew how to yell.”

Many fans admit they rushed to Reddit when they realized Michelle Duggar was trending. One fan added they hoped for some shocking or juicy news involving Michelle. So, they were utterly disappointed to learn it had very little to do with her. A few other fans noted they were not looking forward to the possibility of videos featuring Michelle’s “baby voice” trending on TikTok as a result of this.
