Kim Kardashian Makes Fans Cringe Over ‘Gross’ Comments
After last week’s episode of The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian is getting criticism for comments at the soccer game. Specifically, many are cringing at the way she chose to interact with her son and his friends.
Kim Kardashian While Traveling
While several of The Kardashians stars have received backlash for their parenting choices, Kim Kardashian has been the focus of many of the discussions. For instance, Kim is seen as ‘gross’ and ‘disrespectful’ by viewers after last week’s episode of The Kardashians. On the way to the soccer game, Kim is in a vehicle with Saint West and several of his friends. They were going to a Paris game between Paris Saint-Germain and Rennes. Notably, Kim and her ex-husband, Kanye West, co-parent their children and have recently employed a manny (male nanny) to help with their care.
Boys Will Be Boys
In the interview portion, Kim Kardashian says, “It may take a village to raise kids. But at the end of the day, your kids only want you.” While in the kid-packed car, Kim answers her phone. She says, “The boys are having the best time. Playing soccer in the hallways and they’re having so much fun.” And including the tidbit, “David Beckham sent them jerseys. They’re living it up.”
In response to the person on the phone, Kim Kardashian says, “I wish my boy thought that I’m the coolest mom ever.” While fans can’t hear what is said on the phone, they can listen to Kim’s responses. Addressing the kids on the opposite side of the car, Kim prompts them asking, “Do you guys think I’m the coolest mom ever?” Agreeingly, a few of Saint’s friends went along with it. Justifyingly, Kim says, “Riley does, Dylan does.” But one kid shakes his head and says, “My mom.” Accepting his answer, Kim replies, “Oh your mom is the coolest mom ever. I’m happy being second to your mom, guys.”
Fans Point Out The Disrespect On Reddit
On Reddit, this scene shows up as a “gross” and “disrespectful” way to talk to kids. Likewise, many people comment about what they thought of Kim Kardashian’s comments. As it starts, the Reddit thread is titled: “Something I cannot shake from recent episode.” Furthermore, opening the discussion with, “Of course, there are much more profound displays of idiocracy in this season, but one stood out to me in particular and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it.”
Continuing to criticize Kim Kardashian, “It is so nefarious of Kim to take her son and his friends on this soccer world tour then prime the kids with leading phrases like ‘Aren’t I the best mom ever?!'” Then saying, “If I were one of the other child’s mothers I would feel so disrespected. She kept emphasizing the point encouraging the other kids to say she was the best mom. Pretty gross behavior.”

Kim Kardashian’s Comments Make Fans Cringe
Agreeingly, one fan says, “I’ve been thinking about this too. That whole scene made me cringe. I’m glad all the kids said their moms, Kim probably felt so stupid after that.” Someone else replies about Kim Kardashian, “Narc moms love to do that. ‘See? Everybody loves me, everybody says I’m a great mom.'” Continuing, “Literally emotionally manipulating a child so they grow up unsure and conflicted about how they’re treated.”
Another commenter says, “Kim is so desperate she might as well try to have kids gas her up. It’s pathetic.” Also agreeing, someone says, “Well if she can’t get her idolization from 20-50-year-old men anymore, she has to go after the 7-year-olds.” While another points out that Kim Kardashian is on business, “Also throws people off the scent of her using her “best soccer mom tour” as her next business venture.”
