Sam Jeffries & Aaron Schwartzman Connect On The Beach
Sam Jeffries and Aaron Schwartzman only had eyes for each other on Season 9 of Bachelor In Paradise. Jeffries disappeared from Clayton Echard‘s season of The Bachelor on the first night after not feeling a connection with the former football player.
Aaron Schwartzman didn’t make an impression on Charity Lawson and was sent home early in Season 20 of The Bachelorette.
However, he won over BIP fans with his response to Sam Jeffries’s medical situation. After over a week of constipation, Jeffries was willing to try anything to eliminate rather than get eliminated.
During their date, Schwartzman presented Jeffries with foods meant to help ease her bathroom issues, including black coffee, beans, and shots of olive oil.

The resident beach doctor told Sam Jeffries she would have to leave and go to the ER if she hadn’t gone #2 after ten days. The BIP editors kindly activated a timer so fans could keep track of Jeffries’s bowel activity.

Despite Aaron Schwartzman’s best efforts, Sam Jeffries was unable to continue on the show and had to leave to deliver her “poop baby,” as the doctor dubbed the situation.
Disappointed fans hoped the two would reconnect after Paradise, though some fans were equally disappointed that Schwartzman stayed on the beach after Jeffries left.

After getting Bachelor Nation worked up over a possible reconciliation, Sam Jeffries took to her main Instagram feed to clarify her relationship with Aaron Schwartzman.
While she did spend time with him, they aren’t dating. She revealed that religious differences keep them just friends. “Different views on faith took Aaron and I on separate paths, but the twist? We’re still the best of friends,” she wrote alongside a video of their friendship moments.

She joked that Schwartzman may not be her soulmate, but he’s her “bowl-mate.”
Her Instagram followers flooded the comments praising her devotion to her faith. One follower wrote, “This is bold and courageous! You’re setting an example for other Christian girls to follow! In society today that’s not easy!!”
Another pointed out, “Friendships usually last longer anyways!!!”
