Grant Ellis said “yes” when The Bachelor came calling because he was ready to take the next step in life. He was determined to find a wife and start a family in the next few years. Grant began the season with 25 women, all hoping to find their husband. But polygamy is a different show. So, only one could be the winner.
In the last few episodes of Season 29, Grant narrowed it down to Juliana Pasquarosa and Litia Garr. Both women were in love with him and Grant did confess the feeling was mutual to both of them.
There’s a disagreement between Grant and Litia about just how serious their relationship was. She was blindsided when he didn’t propose to her. He felt he had a stronger connection with Juliana, though some angry fans think he made the wrong decision.

Bachelor Nation fans are clearly divided over the Season 29 finale. Viewers fall into two categories: Team Litia and Team Juliana. Juliana has gotten a lot of online hate because of Litia’s claims that Grant led her on.
Season 28 winner, Kelsey Anderson, took a stand for both ladies against relentless social media trolls. Kelsey knows what it’s like to be in the final two. Viewers pitted Kelsey and Daisy Kent against each other back when Joey’s finale aired and even now.
“So sad, why can’t we lift them both up,” Kelsey wrote on a social media post. A bitter Litia fan replied, “[Grant] led Litia on. That’s why.” But Kelsey Anderson shut the hate down in her response.
“Don’t need to hate on Julianna for that though.. you can be upset that grant did that but still respect Julianna,” she wrote back.

Kelsey Anderson is one of the most beloved Bachelor Nation stars. Fans took to social media to praise her as a “girl’s girl” for not taking sides and defending both Juliana and Litia.
