Why isn’t Kitchen Nightmares on again this week? This is the second week in a row that fans will miss Gordon Ramsay telling people how they can fix their eating establishments. So, what is going on and when will it be back? Read on for more details.

Why Isn’t Kitchen Nightmares On AGAIN This Week?

Last week, viewers had to miss Kitchen Nightmares due to baseball. Of course, this is not the best news for fans of the series. It had been canceled but was brought back almost a decade later and Gordon Ramsay lovers were thrilled. They are even hopeful it comes back for a ninth season.

One fan was bummed when they went onto Hulu only to discover the next episode would not be streaming until November 6th. So far this season, Gordon has spent time on the East Coast, in New Jersey at a country club restaurant. Then, in the final episode before baseball began, he visited a family-owned Italian spot. Sadly, it was failing and the two sons did not care if their mother lost it all. So, what are fans missing out for episode 5? The IMBd synopsis reads as this:

“A family-run Haitian juice bar and restaurant in Brooklyn, NY has fallen into utter chaos after the owner’s children, who value partying and having fun over the success of their father’s business, take over management. Gordon Ramsay steps in to completely transform the restaurant when the owner is given a 60-day deadline to turn a profit.”

Of course, this is just what Kitchen Nightmares is made of and what viewers are desperate to see but they won’t. At least, not until next week and that is because the World Series will be airing on FOX. Yes, baseball will be taking over the spot once again. However, old episodes can be streamed for those who really miss the show.

Other Shows Affected

Right now, Kitchen Nightmares is not the only show affected by baseball and the World Series. Season 2 of Special Forces stopped at episode 4, as well, and has yet to pick up again. It has missed the same amount of time due to baseball yet fans were given no advanced warning that the show would be on a brief hiatus.

Now, everything should go according to plan and both Special Forces and Kitchen Nightmares will be back next Monday, November 6th. There are just a few more episodes left in the eighth season so maybe the hiatus was a good thing so viewers can savor them. Are you bummed about the show not being on?
