Teen Mom alum Kailyn Lowry finally confirmed that she is not only pregnant again but expecting twins. This was not that big of a surprise as many had speculated she was having another baby. It feels like Kailyn Lowry just confirmed that she and Elijah Scott welcomed their first child together. His name is Rio and he is actually Kailyn’s fifth son. Of course, fans had an idea that she was expecting her fifth child but she would not confirm it. There were many clues such as her giving up coffee and her acrylic nails but she kept it under wraps. Moreover, eagle-eyed fans eventually thought that they heard a baby in the background and little infant items. Despite never confirming her fifth child’s birth, Kailyn was spotted with a baby bump as she was leaving her podcast studio.
Eventually, she came out and shared her birthing story, which was quite traumatic. Furthermore, Kailyn took her followers to her baby shower for Rio, held a year ago. Now, out of the blue, after much speculation, the former Teen Mom star and author confirmed her twin pregnancy. She then showed a TikTok telling her nanny, Natalie that it was twins, right after she got the news. The moment Natalie found out, she could not believe it and kept challenging Kail, head in her hands, saying she was lying.

This was shared on Reddit and fans immediately reacted. One had this to say: “I don’t know who this Natalie person is but from what I understand she’s a nanny/personal assistant. This is embarrassing for Kail. Natalie looks like she knows her job is about to get way more difficult.” They also joked that she probably does not think she gets paid enough for all of this.
More Help Needed
Other fans felt Kailyn Lowry was going to need more help going from five to seven children with three of them being infants. Someone else pointed out how Kail was laughing while telling Natalie the story, not realizing she is going to be a mother to seven. Natalie had trouble processing this information as Kail had just come from the doctor. That was when she discovered it was twins and Natalie was blown away that she was being filmed during this as she kept telling Kail she was lying to her.
