Jenelle Evans’ Husband Allegedly Left Marks On Jace’s Neck?

Jenelle Evans Continues To Act Inappropriately Online
Jenelle Evans has been in the headlines a lot lately, due to an ongoing investigation by Child Protective Services (CPS). Her oldest son, Jace, has been living with her mother, Barbara Evans.
Both Jenelle Evans and her husband are facing serious allegations of child abuse and neglect. However, Jenelle has continued to post inappropriate content online and doesn’t seem to care about the CPS investigation whatsoever.
She has posted multiple videos stating that the allegations being made against her and her husband are untrue & announced that she is going to take a break from social media several times and then fails to do so.
Over the weekend, she posted videos of herself dancing and a promotion of her Only Fans. Just yesterday, she posted a clip lip-syncing in her car. Many people called her out in the comments after being late to a court appearance due to filming TikToks in her car.
A special court hearing was held on Wednesday where a judge decided to continue to allow Jace to live with his grandmother. Then news broke about the allegations against David Eason.
Court Summons Details Alleged Child Abuse
Recent court documents detail an incident between David Eason and Jace on September 28. The U.S. Sun obtained a court summons that says that David inflicted injury to the left and right side of the 14-year-old boy’s neck.

The document states, “The defendant unlawfully and willingly did, being the parent of Jace V Evans, who was a child, less than 16 years of age, inflict physical injury on that child. The physical injury inflicted caused marks on their right arm and left and right side of the neck, and was inflicted by other than accidental means.”
At the time, Jace was taken to the hospital and discussed the incident with hospital staff. Apparently, everything took place outside someone else’s home and there were multiple witnesses to what occurred. Everyone involved took the allegations seriously.
The summons was filed on October 24 and was served the next day. As of now, Jenelle Evans’ husband has yet to address the allegations.
Three other minor children are currently living with Jenelle Evans and David Eason. David’s daughter, Maryssa, currently lives on the property. Along with her other children. It is unclear if they will lose custody of these children as the CPS investigation continues.
