The match made in Heaven moved people tremendously when she could hardly contain her tears during Dotun’s proposal. Additionally, she seemed to really mean it when she told him, “I love you.’
Bachelorette Charity Lawson seems fortunate to have such a supportive man in her life. In fact, he helped her with Dancing with the Stars by making diet and fitness suggestions. Charity Lawson Was Previously In A Toxic Relationship
People Magazine reported that after the episode of Dancing with the Stars on Tuesday, The Bachelorette star spoke about “leaving [a] relationship behind and starting a new chapter with her fiancé Dotun Olubeko.” Sadly, before she joined Bachelor Nation, she was in a terrible relationship. In fact, she described it as being almost as if she was trapped “in this box.”
Probably, the support and reassurance that Charity Lawson gets from Dotun made her talk about the past relationship. She told the outlet, “I am a much better person. I’m more vibrant. I really do feel like I’m exactly where I need to be.” Musing about the past, she added, “Before that, I left a really toxic relationship.” She added, “There was a lot of infidelity and… I [was] so lost and not knowing how to get out, I wasn’t really proud of who I was.”
Needing Toxicity To Appreciate Dotun Who She Will Marry
Charity Lawson seemed in a way, to appreciate the bad things that happened. She explained, “It took me going through that unfortunately to become the version of who I am today.” Additionally, she noted, “Sometimes you need to go through the worst things in life to get to the best place.” Well, her best place is the knowledge that she and Dotun Olubeko plan their wedding together.
