Dotun Olubeko Believes He & Charity Lawson Will Survive ‘DWTS’
Dotun Olubeko and Charity Lawson have just now been allowed to go public with their engagement after The Bachelorette finale aired. During that live finale, Dotun shared with his fiance that she will be joining the upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars. She’s excited and ready to dance her way to the Mirrorball Trophy. However, doing the show immediately after the finale airs has led some relationships into troubled waters. Will this happen to Charity and Dotun? He doesn’t believe so. Keep reading to find out more.
Dotun Olubeko thinks he and Charity Lawson will survive DWTS
US Weekly shared what Charity Lawson and Dotun Olubeko had to say about surviving DWTS. Since many couples fall to the pressures while their significant other films the reality dancing competition, it’s a good question regarding how they think they will fare.
Neither Charity nor Dotun are concerned about breaking up while she is on the show. She said, “We both talked about it and it’s something that I didn’t really know was going to truly happen, but he, obviously, is so supportive of it, which I admire.” She continued saying, “And he’s my biggest fan, which is great to have that. So he will be here with me in L.A. as we take on this — we’ll be doing it together. He just won’t be the one dancing. I’ll be up there, [but] he’ll be along.”
She also noted that Dotun will always be her top priority.
As for Dotun, he believes this as well. He said she reassures him every day that he is her priority. She is always giving him reassurance and he thinks he is more excited about it all than she is. Dotun said, “I’m like, ‘Let’s do this!’” But I have no doubt in our ability to continue fostering our relationship and we’ll be together.”

They believe they are meant to be
Dotun and Charity believe wholeheartedly they have found their person in each other. When Dotun went into the show he didn’t even realize that contestants were expected to propose at the end. However, since he fell for the girl he had no problem getting down on one knee.
The two are anxious to begin their lives together and move in with one another.
