Jibri took to social media to share his new look after shaving his head. He recently put up a dare about going bald if he receives 500 comments on one of his posts. But aside from the challenge, the 90 Day Fiance star made it clear that he did it for Thai Buddhist culture. “In Thai Buddhist culture the ridding of your hair serves as a symbol of renunciation of worldly ego and fashion. What a journey it has been,” he added.

The South Dakota native even shared a clip of himself sweeping at a Buddhist monastery. According to him, it’s part of his service and is also his way to find peace amid all the things happening in the Middle East.
