Jade Roper Gives Update On Grief After Baby Loss
Bachelor in Paradise alum Jade Roper Tolbert shared an update on how she’s doing following the loss of her pregnancy. She shocked fans earlier this summer when she announced she was pregnant with her and Tanner’s fourth child. However, she also shared that she had a missed miscarriage which means her body was still thinking she was pregnant. After trying to pass the deceased fetus naturally, Jade was forced to have the pregnancy completely terminated surgically. Now, she’s sharing an update on how she’s handling her loss.
Jade Roper shares update on grief
BIP couple Jade Roper Tolbert and Tanner Tolbert have been grieving the loss of their fourth child. Jade miscarried but her body didn’t want to accept it. So, she carried the baby without a heartbeat for several weeks. Finally, she gave in and allowed doctors to help her rid her body of the pregnancy.
In a recent Instagram Q&A, Jade was asked by a fan how her heart is. Jade said that she’s been okay. She has recently told her manager that she is tired of being in her sad girl era. Jade said she’s ready to feel better but also recognizes that grief doesn’t work that way.
She noted having three or four good days and then a few sad days. She’s trying to honor her grief and move through it. Keeping busy has provided Jade with a good distraction. Jade shared she’s working more and going out with friends more often. However, she also wonders if that is just her trying to run away from or escape her grief.
She is also enjoying all the snuggles with her three children and watching them live their best lives. Jade also noted that seeing everything going on in the world is heavy anyway and seeing the destruction and loss of lives of innocent children makes it even harder to cope right now.
Will they try again?
Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert already have three beautiful children. However, she noted that a fourth baby would fill their cups and complete it all. After losing her fourth baby is she wanting to try again?
Jade has said that she isn’t sure if they will try again or not. Everything is still too fresh for them.
