‘Live’ Randy Jackson Throws Major Shade At Ryan Seacrest
Former American Idol judge Randy Jackson appeared as a guest on Live with Kelly & Mark earlier this month. During his appearance on the show, the Name That Tune host tossed some major shade in Ryan Seacrest’s direction.
As fans know, Ryan Seacrest has been the judge of American Idol since Season 1. Ryan worked alongside Randy who was one of the judges from Season 1 to Season 12.

Live Randy Jackson Throws Major Shade At Ryan Seacrest
For those who don’t recall, Randy Jackson has been on Live With Kelly & Mark before. It, however, was before Kelly Ripa’s husband took over as co-host of the talk show. Randy, however, wasn’t a guest the last time he appeared on the show. He was actually filling in for Kelly as a substitute host. It was a major nostalgia moment for American Idol fans as he co-hosted alongside Ryan Seacrest.
After Randy Jackson was introduced and welcomed to the show, Kelly Ripa recalled the last time he was on the show. She noted he filled in for her as a substitute host. She added that he worked with Ryan.
Throwing some major shade at Ryan Seacrest, Randy jokingly questioned what the last name of the “Ryan” he co-hosted Live was.
Randy jested: “Ryan… what’s his last name?”
Kelly Ripa chuckled at the joke as she reached for her mug.
The former American Idol judge proceeded to clarify there was no beef between him and Ryan. They had been good friends for a long time. He spoke to him pretty regularly.

As TV Shows Ace previously reported, fans of Name That Tune and American Idol had major concerns about Randy Jackson. Unlike most guests on the show, he did not walk out and sit down. He was already on the set sitting in the chair when he was introduced. Moreover, Live with Kelly & Mark viewers agreed something just didn’t sound right with the tone of his voice. Furthermore, fans also agreed he looked sickly.
