Kevin Spacey Rushed To Hospital With Rumors Of Heart Attack

While attending the 15th Tashkent International Film Festival, actor Kevin Spacey realized he lost feeling in his left arm. At 64 years old, the actor was escorted to the hospital with rumors of a potential heart attack circulating. Before taking the trip to Uzbekistan for the festival, the star graced the silver screen for several decades. Some of his most notable roles included American Beauty, The Usual Suspects, and Pay It Forward. Winning two Acadamy Awards and a Tony Award, Spacey’s rise to fame crumbled when accused of sexual misconduct in 2017.

Besides holding star status in Hollywood, Kevin Spacey found himself the face of Netflix thanks to his portrayal of Frank Underwood in the political drama House of Cards. His character vanished suddenly when Spacey found himself at the center of a sexual misconduct scandal. Although the courts in New York and London acquitted him, the actor admitted that finding roles is tough. “It’s a time in which a lot of people are very afraid that if they support me, they will be canceled. But I know that there are people right now who are ready to hire me the moment I am cleared of these charges in London. The second that happens, they’re ready to move forward.”

Although ready to get back to action, Kevin Spacey remained adamant about not writing about the scandal. “I’m not trying to even the score. I have no interest in fighting something that’s not worth fighting against.”

Doctors Give Update On Kevin Spacey

Starting to write and film again, the shocking news of his hospitalization ripped through the media. At the time, Kevin Spacey visited the Afrasiyab Museum, which is one of the largest archaeological sites in the world. Luckily, the staff rushed the actor to the Innova Diagnostic Clinic where doctors examined him and eventually cleared him. One source noted, “Mr. Spacey was taken to a medical center over health concerns. He was treated professionally by doctors and staff and found to have no problem with his heart.”

What is even more shocking than a heart attack scare is the fact that Kevin Spacey returned to the film festival. Addressing the audience at the event, the actor admitted, “It made me really take a moment and think about how fragile life is. For all of us.”

“My Work Will Live Longer Than I Will”

With the last few years bringing a great deal of stress on Kevin Spacey, he appears focused on the future. While it might not be in Hollywood, the star believed the allegations and fallout wouldn’t last ten years, adding, “My work will live longer than I will, and that’s what will be remembered.”
