90 Day Fiance stars Kalani Faagata and Asuelu Pulaa talked at length about his cheating during 90 Day: The Last Resort’s couples therapy. Did she forgive him and will it save their marriage? After all, he cheated multiple times and the news left TLC fans feeling totally disgusted.
90 Day Fiance Kalani Faagata & Asuelu Seemed Doomed
Rumors that the marriage between the parents of Oliver, 5, and Kennedy, 4, crashed and burned started about a year ago. Things had been rocky for a while though, and the couple struggled financially, especially until he found work. Additionally, all the parenting ended up being the problem of the wife. And that, it seems came from a clash of cultures. So, TLC fans were not all that surprised when Asuelu made a cryptic comment about not knowing where his wife was.
Kalani Faagata and her husband debuted in Season 6 of the main show and ended up on 90 Day: The Last Resort in 2023. Certainly, they needed some help if their marriage could possibly survive. Recall, he went back to Samoa and engaged in intimacy with another woman he met at a bar. As he ended up with a yeast infection in his mouth, it didn’t take long for his wife to arrive at the conclusion that he engaged in cunnilingus with someone else.

90 Day Fiance Kalani Faagata Forgives Asuleu Pulaa?
Fans of the TLC show grew increasingly disgusted as more cheating episodes of the dad of two boys emerged. Accusations that Asuelu went online and paid other women to send him photos of their private parts seemed awful. Certainly, fans agreed that it made them feel a bit sick. Apparently, he cheated at least 10 times in that manner. One doesn’t need to physically touch another person to cheat on a partner.
Although Kalani Faagata found a new guy, she did get a hall pass from her husband. So really, the 90 Day: The Last Resort revelations simply proved that both of them cheated. Is that why she felt that they might save their marriage? Actually, she seemed to love him, but the Samoan seemed unaware that his behavior wasn’t acceptable. How can that be? Everyone should know that cheating is not good.
90 Day Fiance Couple Outcome
In the latest episode of The Last Resort, Kalani Faagata outed Asuelu Pulaa for his scandalous ways. Finally, the penny dropped that he’d done wrong. People Magazine reported that he said, “My parents didn’t [teach] me. I didn’t have all of this experience.” In fact, it’s not as feeble an excuse as it sounded. Kalani actually backed him up, claiming that sometimes in Samoa, guys would hit on her, including some of her husband’s own family members.
In the end, Asuelu admitted that he felt bad and he thought that she deserved much better than him. While he loves her and wants to fix their marriage, it might not happen. His wife noted, “it’s just too late now.”
