Keep reading to find out what is going on with Savannah and how she’s coping with so much upheaval in her life.

‘Today’ Hosting Shakeups And More Changes Happening

Throughout the year so far, there have been a lot of shakeups for the hosts of Today. People have been leaving the daily talk show and many of the anchors have been taking personal time.

Carson Daly was missing from Today for nearly a month. Craig Melvin was missing for a while to go on vacation.

Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb seem to have had the most notable absences though. Hoda was MIA from the show for some time while her daughter, Hope, was in the hospital and on the mend.

At the same time, Savannah Guthrie has been absent from Today to attend a Taylor Swift concert and the U.S. Open. However, her most notable absences have been due to shakeups in her own life. She has been in the midst of a move, which has started to cause her significant personal problems.

Savannah Guthrie Cuts The Price Of Her Tribeca Apartment

People recently reported that Savannah Guthrie is slashing the price of her Tribeca apartment by half a million dollars in an effort to draw the attention of buyers. Savannah, along with her husband Michael Feldman, first listed their apartment for sale in January for $7.1 million.

They bought the 3,800-square-foot four-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment in 2017 for $7,114,294. With its new listed price at $6.5 million, they will take a significant loss if they are able to sell it.

At the time they purchased it, Savannah and Michael worked with interior designer Monique Gibson to completely transform the inside of the apartment. Savannah said that the design of the apartment was centered around the concrete ceiling that is featured in the great room.

Cortnee Glasser of Sotheby’s International Realty, East Side Manhattan Brokerage currently holds the listing for Savannah Guthrie‘s previous home. The details describing the apartment in the listing make it sound like a dream.

Details About The Home Make It Sound Jaw-Dropping

As mentioned above, the great room has a stunning concrete ceiling. It also features an entire wall of south-facing windows. The apartment also has three additional living areas, one featuring a marble and white oak bar. There is also a steel and glass wall that separates the living areas from a sizable formal dining room.

Next to the dining room is an open kitchen equipped with floor-to-ceiling cabinets. There is a black marble island and the space is full of luxurious appliances, of course.

Savannah Guthrie’s previous master suite is one of the stars of the show. It has a fireplace and a huge custom dressing room. The dressing room has an entire wall full of mirrored closets, which leads to the bathroom.

The primary bathroom, also used by Savannah and her husband Michael, features Pass Carrera marble and bluestone. There is also a deep tub that sits underneath a flat-screen TV. The bathroom also offers a separate shower, a Toto dual-flush water closet, and a double vanity.

That’s just the living area and Savannah’s room. The second and third bedrooms were used by their children and shared a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom. The fourth bedroom also has its own ensuite bathroom. Additionally, the apartment comes with a home office that features a built-in desk and Murphy bed.

Some of the other things that really make the Tribeca apartment stand out include hand-painted murals, white oak flooring throughout, and a high-tech AV system.

It’s possible that all of the customization has made it difficult for Savannah Guthrie to sell her apartment for her asking price. What do you think? Let us know in the comments below.
