Vanderpump Rules star Tom Sandoval is revealing his plans for moving out of the home he shares with his ex-girlfriend. It has been nearly seven months since ‘Scandoval’ hit. Yet, Tom and Ariana Madix are still sharing the same home they purchased in 2019. So, what are his future plans for packing up? Read on for more details.
Tom Sandoval Reveals Plans For Moving Out
After Tom Sandoval cheated on Ariana Madix, it was very difficult with the living situation. They shared a house and neither wanted to give it up. Eventually, they got mediators to help them navigate coming and going so as to not cross paths. Fortunately, they were both busy in their own rights as Ariana was filming a Lifetime movie and Tom was on tour. Then, she met a new man, Daniel Wai, and enjoyed time away with him. Plus, she had garnered a plethora of endorsement deals so she was a busy bee.
She even gave the impression she was moving out but it was just an ad for SoFi. So, what is going on with her and Tom Sandoval’s living situation? She has said she is saving and does want to find her own place. According to a Reddit thread, a post by @byewighellodrama started to circulate. In it, Sandoval claimed that he and Ariana would still be living together a year from now. Keep in mind that they have a lot of commitments on the horizon. Plus, she is appearing on DWTS Season 32 so she will be extremely busy.
What did fellow Redditors think? “They are in deep together on the house. Tom used their mortgage to get a loan for S&S. The only financially viable option is for them to keep the house until it makes financial sense to sell it,” one said. They also noted that Ariana never should have let Tom play with the mortgage for Schwartz & Sandy’s so that was her error. Others shared that they felt more committed to their partners when they bought homes together than when they wed. So, this is very tricky.
Ariana Is Thinking Smart
During an interview with Scheana Schay, Ariana Madix did say that she is being fiscally smart. Therefore, she may be able to find a way out of this house faster than Tom Sandoval believes. This could just be his way of staying close to her. However, she has been hustling and doing everything that she can to generate an income. So, he might be stuck in the home but she seems determined to get out and start anew.
