‘Bachelor’ Arie Luyendyk Talks Kids On Dating Show
Arie Luyendyk Jr. was seen as a villain on The Bachelor, ABC’s dating show because he popped the question to Becca Kufrin but took up with Lauren Burnham instead, and they have three kids now. Recently, he opened up about life with Alessi, 4, and her twin siblings, Lux and Senna, (2). Will he and his wife allow them to participate in a dating show? Read on to find out.
Arie Luyendyk Loves being A Dad
On social media, it becomes clear that Lauren’s husband was made to be a dad. Actually, he’s fortunate that he earns a good income in real estate. Additionally, he did really well as a racing car driver. The kids love nothing better than going out with him to one of their favorite beach destinations. Furthermore, they purchased a nice home in Hawaii. Mind you, they spend most of their time in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Arie Luyendyk and Lauren welcomed Alessi in 2019. A cute kid, she seemed rather quiet initially. At one-and-a-half, her dad got the coronavirus and she couldn’t understand the isolation from his family. However, a better time came along and she met her milestones. Then one day in 2021, the twins arrived. And for a while, that turned her life upside down. In fact, it turned the whole family’s life upside down and three active kids keep the chaos coming.

Bachelor Nation Arie Luyendyk Jr. Talks Parenting
A few days ago, the former Bachelor and Bachelorette contestant spoke with InTouch Weekly’s Fortune Benatar. He spoke about a large range of subjects including keeping their marriage spicey, racing cars, other celebs, and more. However, he spent a lot of time chatting about the kids. Over the years, Alessi met her milestones and now he said that she’s super-clever. In fact, he described his daughter as being “so smart.”
Arie Luyendyk also explored the chaos with the twins joining the family. In response to questions about life now, it all sounds rather hectic. He claimed, “The twins are all over the house getting into everything,” adding, “Alessi is like a little teenager who’s constantly testing our boundaries.” He also admitted that with “…three kids under 4 [it] is never going to be easy.”
Will The Kids Go On Bachelor Nation Shows?
Arie Luyendyk appreciates that he and Lauren Burnham found each other through the Bachelor Nation dating shows. So, he doesn’t have any issues with any of the kids looking for love like he did. He told the outlet:
If I do my job as a father and I’ve raised great kids, they’re free to do anything they want. If they’re old enough to be on The Bachelor and want to do that, I can’t stop them. It worked out for us, so we can’t really say anything negative about it!”
