‘DWTS’ Julianne Hough Shares New Baby Amid Sad Heartbreak
Dancing With The Stars personality Julianne Hough shared some bittersweet news with her 109K TikTok followers as she welcomed a new baby into her family amid tragic heartbreak. As fans of the dancing competition know, it was back in October of 2019 when news broke that Julianne Hough suffered not one, but two tragic losses. Her 11-year-old dog, Lexi, and her 8-year-old dog, Harley, had passed away. The details of what caused her Cavalier King Charles Spaniels to pass away were not made public at the time.

It was just three days ago that Julianne Hough did a soft launch on social media of her new furbaby. The Dancing With The Stars personality opted to make her new puppy’s debut on TikTok, where she has significantly fewer followers. Some DWTS fans speculate she may have been testing the waters to see how news of her pup would be handled before debuting her new baby on Instagram as well.
The video featured a trending currently going around TikTok that involves picking a pet or child up and spinning them around. For the trend, the phone/camera is supposed to be attached to the individual picking the pet or child up. This way the video features the reactions to whoever is being spun around.
She penned in the caption of the video: “Sunny girls’ TikTok debut.” The video is just a few days old. But, the “August” caption suggests the DWTS personality has actually had the furbaby for about a month now.

There was nothing but love for Julianne Hough and the newest addition to her family in the comments. If she was soft launching the pup on TikTok first to see how it would go, the launch appears to have been a success. Most kept their comments simple and gushed about how cute the puppy was.
