‘Welcome To Plathville’ Lydia Plath Makes Exciting Announcement
TLC’s Welcome to Plathville star Lydia Plath has made an exciting announcement! Big things are in the works for one of Kim and Barry Plath’s kids. What did the 19-year-old reveal via social media to kick off the weekend? Keep reading for more details.
After the WTP Season 5 premiere this week, fans were focusing on Olivia and Ethan’s drama with Kim, Kim’s new boyfriend, and Micah and Moriah’s conversation with their parents. Lydia made a brief appearance in the premiere, but she’ll likely be more involved in the next few episodes.
In the meantime, she’s using social media to give her followers an update about her life. It looks like big things are happening, and she’s thrilled to share all of the exciting details!
Lydia Plath makes an exciting announcement.
On her Instagram page on Friday, Lydia shared a new post revealing something huge to fans. In her post, she included a gorgeous photo of herself in a white long-sleeved top with lace bell sleeves. She had her back to the camera but turned her head to show off her beautiful smile. She also had her guitar strap over her shoulder and her guitar on her back.
In her caption, she proudly wrote, “I’m SO excited to announce that I’ll be releasing my first album end of the month!
September 30th is the big day! I’ve been writing music for about 3 years now, and each of these songs tell a special part in my journey.”

On her Instagram Stories, she also posted a few more photos from the recording studio. Her little sister, Mercy, joined in the fun, and all of her little sisters tagged along on the car ride.
