Following an emergency fetal surgery to save his unborn son, Travis Barker has made a shocking move in the real estate market. He’s listed his home in Los Angeles. Now, the Blink-182 drummer isn’t looking to sell. He is just hoping to find a tenant to rent his property. How much is he asking for this rental? And, what other information has been made available? As Blink-182 fans now know, last week was a pretty rough one for Travis Barker. He was forced to cancel some of his tour performances and rush home. Turns out, Kourtney was hospitalized and received emergency fetal surgery. The surgery was immediately necessary to keep their unborn child alive. Kourtney has since left the hospital and their son is still safely inside of her belly. Unfortunately, fans still have no idea when her actual due date is.

Travis Barker, however, did jump on a plane in the past 24 hours and returned to Europe. Moreover, he took to Twitter to reassure his fans the tour would pick back up on Friday. So, fans can only assume this means Kourtney and the baby are now completely safe following this medical emergency.

According to a report from Realtor.com, Travis Barker found time amid the chaos to list one of his properties in L.A. on the market.

What Did He List His Los Angeles Property For?

Travis Barker is reportedly looking for a tenant to rent his property located in the Calabasas area. He’s hoping to find someone willing to pay $23,000 a month to live on the property. The home he has listed is actually his second home located in that same chunk of Los Angeles.

Per the listing, the home boasts of being inside a gated community with shared amenities that include a swimming pool, hiking trails, a playground, and tennis courts. The home itself features a customized fountain, a private pool, and a fire pit.

According to People Magazine, Kourtney Kardashian’s husband has been trying to find someone to rent the property for about a month. Two days ago, however, he relisted the property and dropped the asking price down to $23,000. This was reportedly just $2K less than what he originally listed the property for about a month ago.

The timing of the relisting and dropping the price by just $2K certainly left followers of Travis and his family scratching their heads. Was it possible he needed some money?
