Kourtney Kardashian Breaks Silence On Kris Jenner Backlash
Amid Kourtney Kardashian’s medical emergency, her mother Kris Jenner has been under a red-hot microscope. As TV Shows Ace previously reported, fans were furious to learn of Kris’ insensitive behavior amid this family emergency. Likewise, fans were also frustrated that Kourtney’s mother hadn’t issued a statement. A statement telling fans what was going on.
In the past hour, Kourtney Kardashian has finally broken her social media silence. She finally explained why she was in the hospital. She explained what sent Travis Barker rushing home. And, if the baby was okay.
Furthermore, she even took the time to address the intense amount of backlash her mother had been receiving.

First, Is Kourtney Kardashian’s Baby Alright?
Fortunately, as TV Shows Ace previously reported, Kourtney Kardashian’s baby is safe and sound inside of her stomach. Turns out, the urgent family matter was emergency fetal surgery. The surgery was immediately necessary to save Travis and Kourtney’s unborn son’s life. Kourtney’s post suggests she was likely already hospitalized and in the process of getting the surgery when Travis was notified.
It, however, wasn’t until Travis Barker postposted some of his performances and rushed back home that Kardashian fans became aware of what was going on. So, there was likely a bit of a time gap between the medical emergency unfolding and the press becoming aware of it.
In fact, it wasn’t until Travis and Kourtney were photographed leaving the hospital that fans even got confirmation they were ever in the hospital.

What Did Say About Her Mother, Kris Jenner?
In her post, Kourtney Kardashian had a grocery list of people to thank for their support during this scary time. She started out by thanking the medical staff. She admitted she would be “forever grateful” that they saved her son’s life. Likewise, she was just as grateful for her husband who dropped everything and rushed home to be with her.
When the medical emergency first occurred, however, it was Kourtney’s mother Kris Jenner who was by her side. Kourtney included a thank to her mother for holding her hand and supporting her the entire time.

Unfortunately, Kris Jenner caught all sorts of heat for partying and going out with friends during Kourtney’s medical emergency. This was because of the delay in press finding out about it and when it actually happened. Turns out, the medical emergency was over when Kris Jenner was spotted at a party and hanging out with friends. Because, according to Kourtney, her mother was with her through the entire scary situation.
