Simon Cowell Calls It Quits

The 63-year-old admits that a year ago he did realize he was feeling “knackered.” He was slowing down on things because of his age and his energy level. Something, however, changed for him. Simon Cowell called it quits on a nasty habit of his. Then, things got better. Suddenly, he had more energy. He didn’t find himself getting tired nearly as easily.

The America’s Got Talent judge revealed that he quit smoking. It was really a bit of a happy accident. Last year, Simon Cowell got sick. He ended up losing his voice. He explained that he realized during those ten days that he had not smoked. It dawned on him that perhaps he could make it to the three-week mark without smoking. He did.

He fessed up: “So I haven’t smoked more than two cigarettes in a day for four months. I mean for me, that’s a miracle.”

Addresses AGT Rumors

During the interview, Simon Cowell also addressed the future of AGT. He explained that when AGT started, he had high hopes the show would last two or three years. Simon never could have imagined how long the show would actually go on for. What really got him going, however, was the incredible amount of talent on the show.

He proceeded to fess up that he knew exactly when he would pull the plug and call it quits on the show. For Simon, the day the casting grows stale and the talent dries up is the day he walks away. As long as the show continues to explode with talent, he’s all in.

I would like to ask you please is Simon Cowell going to retire the shows still after all?
Are there imposters on Facebook pretending to be Simon at all?
I really would appreciate it if you could please send me the website page addresses for both Americas Got Talent and Birtain Has Got Talent Please.
I really would appreciate it very much thank you kindly

  2. If Simon ever left AGT it would ruin the show for me. I’ve always liked the guy and enjoyed his presence on the show. Simon Cowell IS AGT. The show would never be the same without him.

  3. Simon Cowell should retire. Ever since American Idol, he’s been aggravating. Thinks he knows talent but many times it goes right over his head. Howard Stern was much better. Howie and Heidi are better too. Simon picks the same kind of acts, loves sob stories, and is arrogant and delusional. He’s embarrassing to watch. Please leave.
