Kroy Biermann Requests Emergency Hearing
Bravo alum and former professional football player Kroy Biermann has requested an emergency hearing. He just filed for divorce from Kim Zolciak for the second time after they reconciled. Unfortunately, it did not look promising for the couple and then, they called it quits again. Now, something serious is up but what exactly is it? Read on for more details.

Around a month after Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann called off their divorce, he filed once again. The first time around, many people were shocked that they split up. Kim and Kroy seemed so in love for over a decade but they had major financial issues. Prior to the initial filing, the couple’s Georgia mansion was nearly foreclosed on twice. It was also set to go to auction in early 2023 however the family was able to avoid that. After they filed the first time, the couple flung accusations at one another, including drug use, mental health problems, and a gambling addiction.
Both times, Kroy Biermann requested the home and to be able to stay in it, without Kim. Now, according to TMZ, Kroy is desperate to sell the home they own. Though he had always wanted to keep it as well as have sole custody of their four minor children, it appears that this is no longer an option. Apparently, Kroy has filed the legal documents to get permission to be able to sell the 3 million dollar mansion immediately. By getting rid of the home, he believes he will be able to fix some of the debt amassed over the marriage.
Additionally, Kroy has noted he sold his personal items to try to make the mortgage hence how they were able to keep their home as long as they have. Marlys A. Bergstrom, attorney for Kroy, did explain that regardless of the “financial devastation” his estranged wife has brought upon them, he has done his best. Unfortunately, every month it is consistently hard. Though Kroy discussed all that he has done to save them monetarily, he did throw Kim a bone.
What Has Kim Done?
Kroy Biermann talked about selling his stuff to make payments on the home. Yet, he did give Kim Zolciak a little bit of credit for her contributions. “Ironically, she has been selling purses, hers and her daughters’ and other high end fashion items including her infamous wigs. However, none of the funds garnered from the sale of these items have gone towards the mortgage, or any other bills.” She has The Biermann’s Closet where she sells high-end merch from the family. It was believed to be helping the one million dollar debt. Sadly, it seems that was all a lie.
