Brielle Biermann Fails To Pay Credit Card, Gets Sued

Brielle Biermann is in debt, just like her reality TV mama, Kim Zolciak. The twenty-six-year-old has just been sued for failing to pay her credit card bill. This seems to be a trend in the Zolciak-Biermann family. So, what exactly happened, and did she simply just forget to make the monthly payment? Read on for more details.

Over the last year, Brielle Biermann has watched her family home nearly get foreclosed on twice plus almost go to auction. Somehow, her parents, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann were able to put a stop to that. They also owe one million dollars to the IRS and Kim has been sued by credit card companies for non-payment. In the middle of all of this, the couple filed for divorce, threw accusations at each other, reconciled, and Kim tried to sell off the family goodies. Now, Brielle may have to do the same as she just got sued, as well. Yes, she takes a lot of lavish trips but she might want to pay her credit card first.

According to TMZ, Brielle Biermann was sued by American Express for nearly 13K. Allegedly, the former Don’t Be Tardy For The Party star does not make the minimum monthly payments. She has a Delta SkyMiles Reserve American Express Card which might explain her frequent trips with friends and the high bill. Since Brielle has yet to settle the bill, AmEx took the next steps to retrieve payment. The credit card company wants the bill paid completely as well as court costs.

The big question is if Brielle can afford to pay this back. Now, if fans open up The Biermann’s Closet, they will see that it is Kim and Brielle with the high ticket items. More so, Brielle has four pages of items up for grabs. They include D&G sunglasses, Christian Louboutin heels, $700 custom jackets, and more. Plus, all sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges. However, if he can unload all of this stuff, it might help her make a decent dent in her bill.

Will She Pay It?

As it turns out, Brielle Biermann is more than cooperative. As soon as news broke that she was hit with the American Express suit, she was willing to pay her bill. Her rep shared that she will be paying the entire debt on Wednesday, August 23rd. Of course, it will be interesting to see if this actually occurs.
