Former Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe shared an update with fans on Instagram about how she’s handling things. The news came in a post with some cryptic quotes in regard to how she’s doing. Kaitlyn Bristowe shares cryptic post on Instagram
Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe shared a cryptic post on Instagram on Thursday. She shared a variety of photos which all indicate how she’s doing after splitting with Jason Tartick. The two were together for four years and planning to get married.
The first photo is just of Kaitlyn with a small grin. She captioned the post, “Not to spoil the ending for you. But you’re going to be ok ❤️”
The next photo shows some fresh-cut flowers that look cheerful. Another photo shows her talking to a guy who’s got his leg up behind his head. Then, there’s a photo of Kaitlyn hilariously trying to do the same thing.
After that crazy photo, Kaitlyn had a photo outside of a psychic business. Then, she shared a quote. The quote was cryptic to let fans know where she’s at and how she’s doing.
The quote read,
“It is only heavy because you are deciding over and over again to carry it. Embrace change, loosen up your sense of identity, let yourself walk a new path. You do not have to ignore or erase the past, you just have to wholeheartedly embrace the present and move on.”
The final was of Kaitlyn crying and looking completely broken.
She’s having ups and downs, trying to keep herself busy and working on moving on.

Kaitlyn shared on her podcast this week that Jason actually lives just down the road from her. They have vowed to remain friends and co-parent their two dogs.
As to what led to their breakup, Kaitlyn said nothing bad happened. The duo simply realized they were not prioritizing each other. Instead, they were focused on mainly themselves. They both feel this is not a way to live in a relationship.
Their engagement is over but Kaitlyn did say the door is not permanently closed. The two could work things out sometime down the road.
Both of them have shown tremendous emotion when discussing their split.
