Who Is Jeremy Vuolo Today?
If you follow Jinger Duggar and her husband, Jeremy, on social media, you may know that he’s a pastor in Los Angeles, California. He’s often posting religious content with fans and sharing positive messages. He also offers a glimpse into his life as a dad to their two daughters, Felicity and Evangeline.
However, there’s another side of Jeremy that fans may not know about. And now, he’s speaking out.
Jeremy Vuolo Speaks Out
On Instagram on Wednesday, Jeremy shared a new video of himself speaking to a group of men. This was filmed during a Q&A session at a Christian camp he recently attended. He explained how he doesn’t know exactly when he became a Christian. But he does remember some of the pivotal moments in his faith journey. He explained that he was raised in a Christian home, but this didn’t mean he didn’t struggle.
He walked through some trials in his senior year of high school and the first couple of years of college. The former Counting On star said he “got into some trouble just hanging with the wrong crowd.”
He admitted, “I remember sitting in a little jail cell in the police station reflecting and thinking, ‘Okay, I can’t live like this and call myself a Christian. So, I either need to live for myself and go into the world and enjoy it while I can or I need to live for Christ.”
In 2008, Jeremy Vuolo was out drinking with some of his friends when he grabbed a police officer. He ended up being arrested and paid a $250 fine. Based on what he’s shared about this incident, it sounds like it was a turning point for him.
