Fans are livid as Vanderpump Rules star Scheana Shay seemingly ignores her daughter’s wishes. Scheana and her husband, Brock Davies share Summer Moon, 2. They are always filming the cute and fun things that she does. Yet, it recently came to the point where Scheana was defiant and was not listening to what Summer wanted. So, what exactly happened? Fans Livid As Scheana Shay Ignores Daughter’s Wishes
After suffering a miscarriage, Scheana Shay was thrilled to learn that she was expecting again. Along with her then-boyfriend, Brock Davies, they celebrated their impending special delivery. It did not hurt that she was pregnant along with her Vanderpump co-stars and alums Lala Kent, Brittany Cartwright, and Stassi Schroeder. She ended up having a really scary delivery and does not even know if she would naturally carry a second child again. Summer Moon has brightened up Scheana’s world and is now Lala’s daughter, Ocean’s best friend. It truly is a sweet relationship.
As with any proud mother, Scheana Shay likes to film Summer as much as she can. Recently, she was filming her but, according to The Sun, it was not what the tot wanted at all. A Reddit thread was started to address and explain the entire situation. The OP started like this: “This makes me so sad for all the VPR kids, that their parents plaster their faces everywhere. In this vid Summer is upset and trying to hide from the camera – yet she posts on her story.” Even in the snap, Scheana wrote: “@summermoon ‘no photos.'”
To respect Summer, the OP blurred out her face. Of course, fans immediately chimed in with their thoughts and feelings. “The fact SheShu and Brick created an IG account for Summer when she was born and post on it as if, it’s Summer posting is gross as f*ck. Summer is 2, not 22. Respect your babies privacy!!!” one wrote. Others noted that she and Lala were saying posting their kids was a part of their lives. However, many felt it simply was not fair.
‘Disturbing’ & ‘Cringe’
Other Redditors went so far as to call Scheana Shay both “disturbing” and “cringe.” More so, some admitted to unfollowing her for how she constantly films her child. Clearly, this is not an uncommon thing for parents to do but it most likely has to do with her being in a public forum. Plus, Summer is now saying she does not want to be filmed yet Scheana does not respect her wishes. This is not the only heat that Shay has caught lately. She was seen posing with the Vanderpump cast, including Tom Sandoval and some felt that was a betrayal. It’s going to be a long pre-season.
