Quad Webb: 3-Yr-Old Tragically Drowns At Her Home
A tragic drowning occurred at Married To Medicine star Quad Webb’s home in her pool. The incident happened on Friday, July 7th but is just coming out now. This could be because the victim was just three years old. So, what exactly happened and how did Webb know the tot? Read on for more details regarding the horrific incident.
Quad Webb: 3-Yr-Old Tragically Drowns At Her Home
Bravo had a hit with Married To Medicine, which started a decade ago. This series was a little bit of a switch from the housewives and such. All of the cast had an affiliation with the medical field as they were either doctors or married to medical professionals. Quad Webb was an OG of the series and was initially married to a doctor. She also had her own career but was a mainstay until Season 8. That was when she was a “friend of” for just one season then returned as a regular soon after. She has since divorced her husband and it seems like she was focusing on Season 10 coming out sooner rather than later.
Even RHOA alum Phaedra Parks was going to be joining Season 10 so this was going to be an exciting season. However, things have drastically shifted with some tragic news. According to TMZ, the initial story was that a three-year-old girl had drowned in Quad Webb’s swimming pool. Apparently, two males were out at the pool when they left until they eventually saw what appeared to be a doll floating in the pool. Why they left remains a mystery. Tragically enough, it was not a doll but rather a toddler, Aryanna “Ari” Rice and help was immediately called.

She did not survive and now there is an update. Ari was Quad Webb’s great niece who she cared for as she was her own. Per her rep: “Quad Webb and family have suffered the loss of two beloved family members, in separate occasions, in just one week. This has been an incredibly challenging experience for the entire family. Your understanding and support are deeply valued.”
Hard To Comprehend
This drowning is clearly the hardest thing for Quad Webb and those closest to her to comprehend. Her rep went on to add: “In this trying time, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for the kindness and compassion shown by the public, fans and media. We kindly request much needed privacy during this period of mourning as Quad is taking time to grieve with her family.” It is unclear if this will play out during the upcoming season of Married To Medicine. Or, if it will keep Quad from filming. Whatever the case may be, this is extremely tragic and heartbreaking for all involved.
