90 Day Fiance star Deavan Clegg has been trying her best to stay strong amid all the challenges in her life. Her son, Taeyang, was diagnosed with cancer in May 2022. There have been a lot of ups and downs in the 4-year-old’s recovery. Fortunately, his parents are always there to support him. Here’s what the TLC star’s son has been up to.
90 Day Fiance: Deavan Clegg’s Recent Projects
Deavan and her fiance, some say husband, Topher Park, have been coming up with different projects. One of them is their podcast, where they share updates about their personal lives. The 26-year-old mother has also done several endorsements, such as for a kids’ watch and a weight loss app. She even joined an adult-based social media site, and some of her followers are not happy as she has kids that look up to her.
The 90 Day Fiance star’s mother, Elicia, launched a fundraiser for her grandson as well. At this point, the GoFundMe donations have reached $42,603, with a goal of $50,000. Clegg and her family have been thankful for all the support they’ve been receiving, and it seems that everything is finally paying off.
Updates On Deavan’s Son Taeyang
Deavan loves to share updates regarding her son. The 90 Day Fiance star previously talked about how strong he has become. According to the mother-of-two, Taeyang was hospitalized several times in December. They were so scared for him, but a miracle happened, and he pulled through. The reality TV personality didn’t deny being worried about her son every day. However, he doesn’t show signs of giving up. Instead, he’s making himself stronger, and they’re positive that he’ll beat cancer soon. Taeyang’s hair is growing back and life is much better for the little guy these days.
90 Day Fiance: Is Jihoon Lee Still In Touch With His Son?
Jihoon has been out of sight amid his son’s battle with cancer. Deavan revealed having her doors open for her ex-husband to communicate with their son. However, she hinted that her phone has been quiet. But the Korean native recently uploaded a photo of him with a caption that translates to having his passport renewed. Unfortunately, he turned off the comments section on his Instagram account, making some fans curious if he’s avoiding topics about his son. Others also hope that he will soon find the strength to step up for his only child.
Nevertheless, Topher has been a good father figure to his fiance’s children. He often brings them outside to play and go shopping. He also expressed his happiness after receiving a Father’s Day gift from Taeyang and Drascilla back in June.
